Test phase notice

WIEW is currently in an open test phase. During this time, we do not charge any fees and generate no revenue or profit. All features are available free of charge until we officially launch the platform (expected in the coming months).

After launch, the prices listed below will apply. One thing will remain permanent: The basic listing will always be free. This is the only way we can achieve our goal of becoming the largest and most up-to-date database for new-build projects across Austria.

Service 01

Model Apartment

With our Model Apartment service, an unbuilt unit becomes a photorealistic 3D experience. Based on the execution plans, we model every detail — from the flooring to the last lamp — while the developer picks the desired interior style (e.g. Scandinavian, Modern, Industrial). Prospective buyers can move smoothly through every room on PC, tablet or smartphone, switch perspectives and judge proportions realistically — no site visit required. This saves time in sales, reduces follow-up questions and gives an impressive preview of the future living experience.

Service 02

3D Tour

The 3D Tour delivers a purist digital twin of your not-yet-built unit. We take the original plans and model every wall, ceiling height, doorway and flooring surface (parquet, tile, etc.) down to the centimeter. There are deliberately no furniture, decorations or window views — so prospective buyers can focus fully on proportions, walking paths and floor space. With intuitive navigation in the browser or on mobile devices, rooms can be entered, perspectives switched and measuring tools activated. This brings early clarity about the feeling of space and furnishing options and significantly shortens the decision phase — entirely without an on-site visit.

AI Interior Designer

With our AI Interior Designer, you can transform any camera angle of your still-unfinished apartment into a photorealistic living space. Simply pick a room type (e.g. living room, bedroom, home office) and an interior style (Scandinavian, Modern, Industrial…) — and the AI generates a high-resolution rendering with matching furniture, colors and lighting. Iterative tweaks (a different sofa, darker wood, more plants) produce a personalized staging in minutes, showing how your future apartment could actually look — entirely without an on-site interior designer and without complicated software.
