As part of this period building renovation, 18 standard-floor apartments and 4 attic-floor apartments in a quiet location are being realized and will subsequently be handed over as first occupancy. From here, starting in 2025, the new U5 line will operate as Austria’s first fully automated subway and will promptly take over the main route from the U2.
