The “Village im Dritten” project is one of the most significant urban development areas in Vienna’s 3rd district. The master plan comes from the architectural firm “Superblock” and was designed together with “Yewo Landscapes”, a landscape planning firm. UBM holds a 51% stake in five of a total of 22 sub-projects.  On an area of 1.4 ha, a total of more than  8,000m2 of commercial space and around 500 apartments are to be created. The location near Vienna Central Station offers optimal public transport connections thanks to rapid transit and the underground, and also excellent access to the Südost-Tangente via the Gürtel interchange. The project has established a strategic partnership with ARE.
