First things first: what exactly is Mein:G? That is entirely up to its future residents, because there are many right answers. From green and cosy to generous, sheltered or shared. In short: wonderfully versatile.

A new, diverse neighbourhood is being built in the south of Vienna. We are part of this project and are building a residential building that is certainly not ordinary. Our plan for the site? Spacious residential units. Green roof gardens. A community that is truly lived. This is ensured by the exceptional interior fit-out with herringbone parquet flooring and by using the roof areas as an outdoor communal space.

Community in practice

Where do people meet? From the community room to the roof garden with outdoor kitchen, urban gardening or the open-air fitness area on the sun terrace – the project offers many places to feel good for young and old.

Living together matters at Mein:G. Relax or garden on the large roof terrace. Work out in the in-house gym. Take trips to the nearby recreation areas. Shop right in the quarter.

Cosiness redefined

Brilliantly different. Central living rooms, open layouts, unusual fit-out details and light-filled rooms create a very special feeling of home.

The apartments are something special, with herringbone parquet and modern floor plans. The Mein:G fit-out also includes an indoor gym, a guest lounge and a large roof garden.

As soon as you enter the building it is clear at first glance that something special was planned here. The generous foyer becomes a community room, and the round arches recall the buildings of Viennese Art Deco. These style elements continue throughout the building and combine modern living with historic charm.

Well-considered floor plans respond to modern living needs: there are areas for shared experiences as well as places to retreat. Open, central kitchen-living rooms, generous, flexibly usable rooms and home-office workplaces offer ideal space for maximum freedom within your own four walls.

Clear conscience, green living

Green is the programme – in the facade design, in the construction of the building and in everyday life. Green electricity and heating systems using a PV system and heat pumps contribute to this, as do the many green spaces – some of them shared – on the roof terrace or on the private balconies, terraces or loggias.

Heating and conditioning are provided by concrete core activation in the apartments. Heat is drawn from the building's own geothermal probe field, and part of the electricity required comes from the photovoltaic system on the roof.

Well located

A top residential area with plenty of high-quality green space: that is Vienna's 23rd district. In the new neighbourhood "In der Wiesen Süd-Ost", Vienna is realising a modern, sustainable urban expansion project with short distances. Close to the large recreation areas of Wienerberg, Lainzer Tiergarten and Perchtoldsdorfer Heide, a generous new quarter is taking shape.

And if you want to go further afield, the location makes that possible too. You can be on the motorway in just a few minutes. Not forgetting the excellent public transport connections: the project is located directly on the U6 underground line.
