New-build project Das Hasner Palais in Vienna, 16th district, Ottakring (1160)

Das Hasner Palais is a comprehensively refurbished corner apartment building in period style at Hasnerstraße 40, on a quiet side street off Thaliastraße in Vienna's 16th district.

The building has been refurbished with great attention to detail. In total the project comprises 10 revitalised period flats with high ceilings, parquet floors and well-appointed, elegantly tiled bathrooms. The windows are double or triple glazed. The attic has also been converted; the flats there are let and are not part of the sale.
