The building complex consists of two trapezoidal structures connected via the underground garage on the first basement level. In total, 126 condominium apartments are being built, complemented by one commercial unit, 65 car parking spaces and numerous bicycle parking spaces. Each apartment is also assigned a storage room. Generously and warmly designed entrances welcome residents into spacious stairwells. Recesses in the top floors and wide stairwell openings bring daylight deep into the common areas. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and thermal component activation on the upper floors ensure a balanced indoor climate. Balanced ventilation with heat recovery ensures continuous fresh-air supply, while a district heating connection supports supply at peak times and hot-water preparation.
