Palais Parkring 14 occupies one of Vienna's most prestigious addresses — directly on the grand Ringstrasse boulevard encircling the inner city, opposite the Vienna Stadtpark. The historic 1873 palace was fully refurbished in 2022 to create twelve exclusive luxury residences that combine imperial splendour with contemporary comfort.

A Refurbished Ringstrasse Palace

All twelve luxury residences in the contemporarily renovated Palais at Parkring 14 are exclusively marketed by LIVING DELUXE Real Estate, Austria's leading luxury real estate broker. The structure dates from 1873 and was conceived as a Ringstrasse palace — a typology that fused noble residences with monumental architecture along Vienna's grand boulevard. Between 2017 and 2022, Thanner Architects led a meticulous refurbishment that preserved the building's most precious historical fabric while engineering it for contemporary high-end living.
