The project name SUBIN23 references the first historical mention of Siebenhirten as "Subinhirten" around 1150 and stands for a piece of village history in the middle of Vienna. Ketzergasse 96 is in the 23rd district of Liesing, embedded between water and green spaces and with quick access to the U6 station Siebenhirten, the Badner Bahn light rail and several bus lines.

Architecture and home types

The complex consists of four self-contained building structures – a street-facing front building with 20 condominium apartments (predominantly two- and three-room layouts) and three courtyard-side buildings with 18 townhouses in total.
