About the project

TrIIIple is an urban high-rise ensemble of three sculptural towers on the Donaukanal between the TownTown business complex and the Grüner Prater recreation area in Vienna's 3rd district. The project was developed by ARE Development and SORAVIA and built to a design by Henke Schreieck Architekten (topping-out ceremony 2019, completion 2021). Towers I and II contain approximately 480 freehold owner-occupied apartments for sale; Tower III is operated as YOUNIQ Living TrIIIple (rental units for students and young professionals).

Location & Connectivity

Directly on the Danube Canal with access to the bike path. The U3 underground stations Schlachthausgasse and Erdberg are within walking distance. The historic city centre and Vienna International Airport are quickly reachable, and Wien Mitte / Hauptbahnhof are a short ride away.

Apartments

Architecture
