About the project
VIENNA TWENTYTWO Living is the residential tower of the new VIENNA TWENTYTWO urban quarter on Dr.-Adolf-Schärf-Platz in Vienna's Donaustadt district. Designed by Delugan Meissl Associated Architects (DMAA), the completed tower holds around 300 owner-occupied apartments in four fit-out categories.
The apartments still available are on floors 27 to 32: the "Sky Living" fit-out line covers floors 22 to 30, while the penthouse floors (31 and 32) are finished to an even higher standard. Every apartment has a loggia with folding-sliding glass elements that can be opened.
