New-build project DANUBE FIELDS in Vienna, 22nd district, Donaustadt (1220)

At Donaufelder Straße 195 a modern residential ensemble with a total of 162 units is being built, spread across two separate residential buildings. The varied offer ranges from compact studio apartments to generous 4-room apartments of around 100 m², with suitable homes for singles, couples and families.

Fittings for modern living comfort

The apartments feature high-quality, timeless fittings. Oiled oak plank parquet, modern bathrooms with large-format porcelain stoneware and floor-level showers with a rain-shower system create a stylish living atmosphere. Underfloor heating supplied by district heating provides pleasant temperatures. Triple-glazed windows and electrically controlled sun protection in selected areas add to the comfort. Depending on their position, the upper attic floors have air conditioning or are prepared for it.

Between city life and the Old Danube

The project is located in Donaufeld, where Donaustadt and Floridsdorf meet. The surroundings offer everything needed for an uncomplicated everyday life – good public transport, short distances to local shops and schools, and attractive leisure options around the Old Danube and the Danube Island. Tram lines 25, 26 and 27 provide fast connections towards Kagran, Kagraner Platz and Floridsdorf; Vienna's city centre is easily reached via the U1 at Kagraner Platz. The Westfield Donau Zentrum adds a wide range of shopping, dining and leisure options.
