Old and new in one building

From the ground floor up to the 3rd floor, the original Altbau apartments are being carefully refurbished. The 4th floor and two attic levels (DG1 and DG2) are entirely newly built — adding contemporary apartments with private outdoor spaces on top of the historic structure.
