Grünblick im Viertel Zwei is a residential high-rise project by Value One at Meiereistraße 14 in Vienna's 2nd district. The project offers 340 condominiums in a car-free urban quarter directly beside the Green Prater, combining central city access with generous private open spaces and views over Vienna.
