About the project
Urban flair while still living in the green: 144 sustainable apartments offer a distinctive way of life. Embedded in a richly landscaped concept and right next to the Danube Island recreation area, the homes — each with loggia, balcony, terrace or private garden — bring a literal breath of fresh air into everyday life.
