About the project

Loft.Rosenhügel rises within the historic walls of the former Kleinbahn model-train factory, between Rosenhügel and Liesingbach. A 19th-century industrial monument is being transformed into a singular loft quarter that fuses heritage substance with contemporary design.

Concept

The ten exclusive units (eight apartments, two commercial/office spaces) occupy the restored heritage building of Swietelsky Developments' larger 'Zwei bis Neun – Wohnen am Rosenhügel' masterplan. Generous window openings, exposed load-bearing elements, and ceilings of more than three metres deliver true loft spaciousness.
