The Project

Wiener Bauträger- und Entwicklungsges mbH (WIEBE) plans to build a residential house in the central Floridsdorf district with 15 freely-financed owner-occupied apartments and an office in the courtyard area.

The Details

The attractive city house will feature an appealing mix of 2- and 3-room apartments. The apartments will be handed over to new owners turnkey-ready. The offering meets a wide range of needs: tasteful fittings, the use of premium-quality materials, parquet floors in the living areas and a thoughtful room layout await the new owners. Every apartment includes an attractive outdoor space — loggia, balcony or terrace — and one ground-floor unit even has a small garden.
