SIMMERINGER WOHN(T)RAUM is a residential development with 82 condominium apartments in two adjoining buildings at Studenygasse 16 in Vienna's 11th district (Simmering). The two volumes share a central staircase with one lift, serving all floors. The underground garage (accessed from Studenygasse) holds 37 parking spaces, while basement levels contain technical rooms, cellars, and a bicycle storage area. Pram and bin rooms sit on the ground floor next to the main entrance. Apartments are distributed from the ground floor up to the 4th upper floor — many with their own garden, terrace, balcony, or loggia.
