The inner courtyard houses maisonette townhouses, creating a tranquil oasis with sheltered atmosphere and small private gardens in the heart of the city.
Apartments and Townhouses
The regular floors are predominantly home to 2- and 3-room apartments; the top floor is reserved for exclusive 4-room penthouses. All units feature high-quality finishes, thoughtfully designed floor plans and generous outdoor spaces.
Interior specification
Walls and ceilings are solid concrete; living areas have oak parquet flooring. Designer porcelain stoneware tiles and sanitary fittings from renowned brands set the tone in bathrooms.
