Conscious and sustainable living in urban timber residential construction
At a time when life is becoming ever faster and more complex, with SLOW HOME we offer you a place to slow down. Here you can leave the stress of everyday life behind and find peace and quiet. Our Slow Living concept focuses on a holistic lifestyle that places mindfulness and sustainability at its core.

Wood as a central element
The two solitary building volumes are clearly structured and enclose a shared intermediate space. For us, sustainability is not just on the agenda; it is also reflected in the construction method. Wood, as a renewable raw material, forms the basis of our construction and, as cellulose insulation, ensures excellent insulation. The timber façade gives the buildings a warm and inviting appearance.

The untreated natural surfaces and the harmoniously integrated gardens allow you to experience the seasons and cycles of nature in a tangible way. The colour scheme is based on natural tones, while the timber façade on the lower storeys is complemented by a metal façade on the sloping walls and roof pitches. Inside, white-lacquered timber surfaces dominate, underscoring the nature-inspired ambience.

Innovative construction and passive energy efficiency
Our buildings impress with a compact form and a highly thermally insulated building envelope that reduces heat loss in winter and protects against overheating in summer. By using renewable raw materials and cellulose insulation, we focus on sustainability from the very beginning. The load-bearing timber structure serves as a CO₂ store and reduces the ecological footprint. Heat is supplied via an innovative heat pump with deep probes that operates efficiently in both winter and summer. In addition, the energy from the exhaust air is used through heat recovery. The constant ground temperature at a depth of around 150 m serves as a reliable energy source.
