Thanks to the walking distance to the subway station, the tram lines and the bus stops at Wallensteinplatz, you have an excellent public transport network at your disposal, and with a short stroll along the Danube Canal or via the densely developed cycle network, you can reach the 1st district in under 10 minutes.
In the nearby Augarten, which is one of the largest and even the oldest Baroque park in Vienna, you have an invaluable amount of green space right on your doorstep.
