With SUBIN23, a residential complex is being created with apartments and townhouses featuring a village-like, rural character. Green flat roofs, timber façades with green vines, a communal area with a garden and seating options, and a playground harmoniously bring the four building volumes together. The selected roof form and the different roof pitches on building volumes two to four underscore this feeling architecturally as a whole. In addition, the paths to the townhouses are lovingly designed with brown paving stones, hedges, and grasses. In total, 38 apartments are being built, divided into a street-facing tract and three buildings with courtyard-facing townhouses.
The apartments in the townhouses extend over a ground floor and an upper floor with four or five rooms. Each townhouse is assigned a private garden.

The façade facing the street is enhanced in terms of urban ecology by façade greening. The flat roofs will be extensively greened accordingly and fitted with photovoltaic modules. An air-source heat pump is planned for heating and domestic hot water preparation. The paved paths allow for high rainwater infiltration. Three sustainability certifications are being sought for the project: ÖGNI (Gold), klimaaktiv (Bronze), and BauXund.
