Location of Erzherzog-Karl-Straße 134

In 2020, we acquired a plot of land measuring around 1,100 m² in Vienna’s 22nd district, where an attractive residential building with an integrated retail unit and a parking garage on the ground floor was planned. Around 40 apartments—an optimal mix primarily of 2- and 3-room apartments with perfect floor plans—and two retail units were built. In late summer 2023, the first apartments were handed over to their new owners.

The property is located in the western part of the 22nd district, Donaustadt, and is bordered to the north by Erzherzog-Karl-Straße and to the south by Hausgrundweg. In the immediate vicinity, there are several small green spaces. The Stadlau sports facility, with a wide range of leisure options such as a climbing hall, outdoor pool, and a football pitch, complements the offering.

The Stadlau and Hardeggasse subway stations are within walking distance. In addition, the Erzherzog-Karl-Straße suburban rail (S-Bahn) station is in the immediate vicinity. Many supermarkets and other shops for daily needs, as well as kindergartens and a New Secondary School, are also located in the neighborhood.
