As part of this period building renovation, 18 standard-floor apartments and 4 attic-floor apartments in a quiet location are being realized and will subsequently be handed over as first occupancy. Some of the apartments are offered with outdoor spaces such as balconies or terraces. At present, we are currently starting here only with the sale of the attic-floor apartments. The location of the project impresses with its proximity within walking distance (only a 5-minute walk) to Elterleinplatz. From here, starting in 2025, the new U5 line will operate as Austria’s first fully automated subway and will promptly take over the main route from the U2. This makes it easy to travel from Hernals to Karlsplatz and Vienna’s city center. Currently, tram line 43 connects the 17th district with Vienna’s inner city, to the Schottentor terminus. The travel time is approx. 10 minutes. The Alser Straße stop on the U6 is also reachable in just a few minutes via tram line 43.
The proximity to the Vienna Woods offers the perfect change from city life. In just a few minutes you can reach the green city limits by car, tram, or bicycle. From here you can enjoy wonderful walks and hikes in the countryside and take advantage of the many bike paths and culinary specialties.
