The Flo7 project offers a total of 168 rental apartments with living areas ranging from 30 m² to 86 m² and 1 to 4 rooms. It is distinguished by generous open spaces with a wide view and has 86 underground parking spaces. Each apartment comes with its own basement storage unit, and there are also special storage rooms for bicycles and strollers.
