In the “Flori Flats” project, you can still take a little time with this decision. The “rent-to-own” model keeps the option open for you to purchase the rented apartment after a few years. So you can “try living” first, while at the same time being an optional owner of your rental apartment. At the start of the lease, an advance rent payment of at least 10% of the purchase price must be made, which means a reduction in your monthly rent. Should you later decide to buy the apartment, this advance payment will of course be taken into account when calculating the purchase price. In the event that you terminate your lease early, the portion of your advance payment that has not yet been used will of course be refunded to you.

In a newly built, three-story residential complex with a total of 58 exquisitely designed 1.5- to 3-room apartments, distributed across 2 stairwells, this project offers the perfect balance between modern comfort and an idyllic setting.
