On the corner of Khek and Korbgasse, a smart building with 44 apartments is being built by early 2024, which, among other things, puts issues of sustainability from the outskirts of the city at center stage through future-proof heat supply with heat pumps without gas.

Special eye-catchers of the softly tinted building are the shaped balconies, which boldly carry the lively interplay of resource-efficient construction, high-quality design and the latest digital technology to the outside.

The communication-promoting community garden, a children's playground and barrier-free access are planned in this community-oriented project.
