Project description:

The "soVie" project revitalizes a traditional Viennese period building and upgrades it to meet contemporary standards. As part of this, the exterior building envelope will be thermally refurbished and intelligent building technology implemented. To achieve vertical densification and create additional living space, the attic will be expanded by two additional floors, with outdoor areas in the form of balconies and roof terraces.

The apartments can be purchased both by private individuals for owner-occupation and by investor buyers for further rental.
