The "soVie" project revitalizes a traditional Viennese period building and upgrades it to meet contemporary standards. As part of this, the exterior building envelope will be thermally refurbished and intelligent building technology implemented. To achieve vertical densification and create additional living space, the attic will be expanded by two additional floors, with outdoor areas in the form of balconies and roof terraces.
In total, 24 high-quality owner-occupied apartments in the classic period-building style will be created, 3 of which will be newly built in the attic. Apartment sizes range from 40 m² to 108 m² and are designed as 1- to 4-room apartments. Some apartments also feature balconies, (roof) terraces, and gardens.
A passenger elevator connects all floors (basement to 2nd attic floor).
In the basement there are storage rooms as well as the bicycle parking room.
The apartments can be purchased both by private individuals for owner-occupation and by investor buyers for further rental.
In the building’s underground garage, 6 parking spaces will be built, which can be purchased for €38,000.
The apartments are sold in shell-and-core finish. A turnkey handover is possible by arrangement.
