The Gründerzeit building, constructed around the turn of the century, consists of four storeys and can be classified as a side-wing building typology.

The apartments face west towards Tiefendorfergasse; the side wings face into the inner courtyard – light wells provide additional daylight to the living spaces, which are up to 3m high.
