The Project
In 2008, Familienwohnbau built a modern residential complex with 91 subsidized rental apartments with an option to buy on the perfectly located Thürnlhof West site in Vienna’s 11th district.
After the 10-year period has elapsed and due to a number of withdrawals, we can now offer you some apartments for purchase with immediate effect.
Residents have access to a swimming pool in the garden area, a children’s playground, as well as a spacious chill-out area on the 8th floor with a common room, terrace, and wellness area including a sauna.
Heating is provided via district heating – in the apartments, ceiling heating ensures cozy warmth during the cold season.
