The Project
In a central location in Simmering, Familienwohnbau is planning the construction of a residential complex with 100 freely financed owner-occupied residential units, commercial spaces on the ground floor, commercial residential use on the 1st floor, and an in-house underground garage.
The Details
The offering ranges from 2 to 4 rooms in sizes from approx. 40 m² to 110 m² and meets all requirements for an ideal city apartment.
