The Project

Living on the outskirts of the city – with plenty of greenery right on your doorstep – and still being able to enjoy the advantages of city life to the fullest! All of this should be possible in our new residential project in Penzing / Weidlingau. Familienwohnbau is planning the construction of owner-occupied apartments for discerning demands.

The Details

Four charming city villas with a total of 33 apartments and an in-house underground garage leave nothing to be desired. Each apartment has an individual outdoor area – either a balcony, a terrace or a private garden – with a view of greenery always included. 2- to 4-room apartments with thoughtfully planned floor plans guarantee living comfort and quality of life. The Infrastructure

Take advantage of the many excursion opportunities in Lower Austria, or would you rather go shopping at the nearby Auhofcenter – where, by the way, you can also go to the cinema or visit one of the many restaurants or perhaps the fitness center.
The adjacent Vienna Woods or the Lainzer Tiergarten are worthwhile excursion destinations; the Wien River path guarantees plenty of relaxing hours in nature – right in the middle of the city - and is ideal for extensive cycling tours and walks.
Drivers can quickly reach the city center and - if you want to head out of Vienna - you are also directly on the West Autobahn; the A1 motorway access Auhof is not far away. From Hadersdorf station you can take the S50 directly to Westbahnhof in about 20 minutes. The U4 station Hütteldorf is also in the immediate vicinity.
