In Vienna’s 10th district, we acquired a plot of around 2,000 m² on which an attractive residential building is planned.

In the current development study, an appealing residential project with around 100 apartments is planned here. On the ground floor, we want to offer future residents exceptionally well-equipped units with terraces and private gardens. On the upper floors, sophisticated apartment layouts are our goal. All apartments are to be complemented by generous outdoor spaces.

The property is located in the northwestern part of the 10th district, Favoriten. The ultra-modern Main Station on the Gürtel is just a few subway minutes away. The Reumannplatz and Troststraße subway stations are within walking distance. In addition, the Laxenburger Straße/Troststraße suburban rail (S-Bahn) station is in the immediate vicinity.
