The Chronos Wohnbau Group is developing the residential construction project at Canavesegasse 4 in Vienna’s 23rd district of Liesing.

The property is located in the Atzgersdorf district on an avenue-like street in the immediate vicinity of the historic church in the town center. The existing building has already been demolished, and the plans have been submitted to the authorities. The new building will feature balconies, terraces and green spaces, as well as an underground garage. Commercial use is also planned for part of the new building.

Two building structures with a total of 18 apartments with a total net floor area (NFA) of approx. 1,540 m² plus outdoor areas of approx. 345 m² are to be created. The basement level is to include an underground garage with 20 car parking spaces and 2 motorcycle parking spaces.

The two building structures are divided as follows:

- STAIRCASE 1 (street wing)
The street wing is divided into basement, ground floor, 2 upper floors and an attic floor with 14 apartments and a residential net floor area (WNFL) of approx. 904 m².

- STAIRCASE 2 (courtyard wing)
The courtyard wing is to be divided into basement, ground floor and 2 attic floors with 4 offices as well as 4 attic apartments and an NFA of approx. 635 m² .
