The Chronos Wohnbau Group is developing the property at Im Gestockert 21-25 in Vienna’s 22nd district, Donaustadt.

The plots are located in a small-scale and quiet allotment garden settlement area. Three new multi-family residential buildings will be constructed - two semi-detached along the street “Im Gestockert” as well as a detached building in the garden.

The suburban rail (S-Bahn) runs from the ÖBB stop “Aspern-Nord” to Vienna-Meidling. In the medium term, the tram is to provide access to Seestadt from the southwest.

Kindergartens are in the immediate vicinity. The Aspern primary school and new middle school are just as quick to reach as the education campus in Seestadt, which offers a middle school as well as an upper level academic secondary school (AHS).
